 Fees and Appointments

  • Any questions please call or email ~ I will respond as soon as possible if I am not available ~

  • A free of charge 30 minute appointment is available for you if you prefer, to discuss matters ~

  • All working sessions are for one hour - this may be extended as necessary ~

  • You are encouraged to actively partake in the working session to enhance positive outcome ~

  • Additional effort may be required in your own time to assist in the positive outcome ~

  • Charges apply at £45 per session regardless of therapy type ~

  • An additional charge of £15 will be applied should the therapist travel to an alternative address ~

  • Credit & Debit cards are not accepted ~

  • Charges cannot be dependant upon a positive outcome and are due at each session ~

  • Late arrival may reduce your time available ~

  • You are asked to provide as much notice as possible for any cancelled appointment ~

  • I shall endeavour to not cancel or delay any appointment ~

  • Missed appointments may be charged at the full rate ~

  • Mobile phones must be silenced during working session ~

  • Professional Civil Liability Insurance is maintained. The certificate is available to view upon request ~

  • I have attained professional qualifications for the services provided. Certification is available to view ~

  • A copy of the complaints procedure and safeguarding policy is available upon request ~

  • Cheques are accepted - payee I F Tolfrey ~

  • A receipted invoice will be provided by post or email at your request ~

  • Vat is not applicable ~

  • Any questions or concerns you may have regarding the therapy, please just ask ~
